When I went to my first 4 day QiRevolution in September 2011, I had no idea I’d end up teaching Qigong. I was impressed with the keynote presentations, the Food Healing presentation, the breathing exercises – and mostly the ENERGY of the Qigong exercises. I knew I was right where I was meant to be and following through with instructor training became a must for me.
I have found that doing Qigong not only helped calm anxiety, it has “fine tuned” my abilities & sensitivity and adds to the client’s experience when on the table for massage/energy sessions. Sharing the Healing Forms and breathing exercises with others has greatly helped them relieve stress and anxiety. Students catch on quickly in Qigong classes and everyone seems to be hungry for Food Healing information.

As a lover of life and learning, my goal is to continually learn, grow and share with others, helping to empower them and facilitate their well being on all levels. My practice is based on the belief that my clients’ needs are of the utmost importance and should be met with compassion, acceptance and presence.
